OK. It only cost me ten dollars 'as is where is'. OK, Non-Gardening Partner was pretty grumpy when I bought it - surely I didn't need any more garden seats or benches. Hmm...

But online plant auctions are lots of fun, especially when there are such bargains available!

Allow me, then, to present The Wobbliest Garden Bench in the World...

Non-Gardening Partner's Job...

Naturally this is where Non-Gardening Partner should come in. His job is to get new screws, maybe new pieces of wood, and make the this latest Moosey garden bench 'sittable'. It's just a simple, classic park bench style, and I think it looks great. I love the rose motifs on its back.

The Wobbliest Garden Bench in the World

For now I've placed it near to his workshop (AKA the garage). Yet I quite like this as its permanent position - in front of the Stables garden, flanked by two lovely New Zealand Phormiums. And it's so tempting to sit awhile and enjoy the garden colour. Better not, in case it falls prematurely to pieces...

Aha! The Wobbliest Garden Bench in the World is no more - it's fixed! Here's proof, as my wonderful gardening cat Fluff-Fluff tries it out. The new wood cost more than the bench itself - seems that a bit of a false economy is going on here...
