Little Mac

28 Feb '13 3:28 pm
Oh dear it seems like a day of cat woe. On top of B's outpouring of tension and grief over the loss of one cat and a leg.

I will sadly miss Mad Mac's crazy cross-eyed face! Perhaps he will find his way home... :(

Kerole, thanks so much for writing. Gardening this last week has been rather reflective, peering under shrubs and flaxes trying to find Mac. No - I don't thinks she's here on my property, anywhere. Even my dog with his rather down-to-earth dog-nose can't find her.

But - so lucky to have known her, too briefly, and she always makes me smile. Cheers in your garden, M

Oh, god. Am in tears, for Little Mac and you. You are not being moochy, believe me. Losing a cat friend is very, very hard to co-exist with, because you usually do not know the cause, and if you do, that just adds more excruciation. Since you have no coyotes, and she never left the garden, Little Mac's loss. . . . I am so very, very sorry. It doesn't help that she was the baby-katkin either. Yes. If we lived closer, I would be over there in a flash, taking you out for a pitcher of margaritas period.

love,
Bonny

My goodness we two would be sharing a few pitchers, wouldn't we? Funny old world. Pretty groovy, never-the less! Cheers and lots of cat-hugs, M

I guess if we two could ever manage to drink away all our cat-sorrows we'd probably lose our teeth? Or things much more vital, possibly... Oh dear. The images are rather funny... M

Teeth? Livers, methinks! Sans teeth, one could continue guzzling, sans liver: kablooey!

Completely vanished. Still so sad, but when I think of her I can't help smiling. She was such a groovy, friendly little cat. I'm going to smile for her every day. Cheers, M
