Daughter Trekking in India

3 Oct '06 9:02 am
Hmm... My lovely daughter has sent me lots of her photographs from the most recent adventure, trekking with ponies in the mountains in India. She includes photos of alpine flowers, to distract me from worrying about the wild huge look of the places she's been walking and camping!

I hope you'll enjoy seeing some of these amazing views - and brave little flowers.

Moosey! Brave daughter AND brave flowers!! The gorgeous blues on the left are Campanula Carpatica /Bluebells, planted in our common gardens as Rockery Perennial. The pink ones remind me of Gazanias (?).

Stunning, awsome the landscape photo!!
"..So,perhaps, it is easiest, through awareness of flowers in particular, of their radiant beauty and purity, their vibrant colour, to come to the excellence of the One and be uplifted beyond thought to our divine selves".Dorothy Maclean
