de France!
I'm enjoying watching it too. (And this post will bump the cheap kitchens off the top of the index. )

I'm rather enjoying Corsica. Have you ever thought of going there? I haven't. Cheers, M

Never really thought about Corsica much at all before this. I loved the Calanques (?) a few nights ago. I didn't get to see much last night, the tv was tuned to the Wimbledon womens tennis final.

Just this morning I saw them - they are the coves, near Marseilles, right? The coastline and the hills look amazing. Of course I was sooooo busy couch-cycling at the time, and crocheting simultaneously. I'm trying to keep up with the chaps, of course! cheers, M

Rest day, they showed a movie instead, "Amelie", which I ended up watching having never seen it before.

Bumping another kitchen out of the way.
Ooh, what was that amazing castle last night? Bit too much mud and not enough garden for my taste, but still an amazing scene though.

I'm way behind you, still climbing in the Pyrenees. Even if it's at twice the speed, I'm determined to do the whole Tour. That is, when I'm not deleting kitchens... Where's the time for gardening these days, eh?

What a morning I've had! Woke up to a power cut, in came the emergency stove for a pot of tea, then Phew! On came the power, so I deleted six more kitchens and then did my time trial around Mount Saint Michel. What an amazing place, in the middle of the flat estuary. It tickles the latent tourist in me. But then - all those crowds! And how expensive would the hotel on the Mount be? Hmm... Cheers, M
