Our faithful companion, Maxi!2 Oct '06 3:20 am
...who brought so much happiness and joy into our lives. Today is our pet dog's 2nd. birthday and 1st. anniversary of his stay with us. So, in celebration of these double occasions, I've created a collage of his pictures taken 2 days ago and would like to share it here. I think he had an enjoyable day today with a special meaty boney treat which kept him occupied for close to two hours in the morning!

Fabulous pictures, Jacqueline! That's his special cushion, is it? Give him a big pat and a hug from me in New Zealand.

Thank you so much, my dear wonderful friends for your lovely comments.
Yes Bambi, he definitely is lots of fun! Loves to be played with, jumps high like a kangaroo to greet us, stands on his hind legs like a meerkat begging for food (seems endlessly hungry ) whenever we open the gate into our backyard where he resides! We get to see him sort of every other minute as he watches 'our every step' right through from the backyard into the kitchen, dining and living room as our backdoor is left open most of the time! Haha, his ears and tail delights us too. The pointy ears are most of the time upright because he's ever so nosey and inquisitive and it moves so rapidly to varying angles depending on his constantly changing moods!
Liza, I think he is happy as we spoil him so! You won't believe he wants to be coaxed to eat his daily dinner for nearly half an hour, taking a few mouthfuls intermittently, walk away and coax back to eat now and again - this sometimes drives us crazy when we're rushing to go out! Dear friend! I really don't know what kind he is, maybe a mix breed of sorts like the miniature pinscher and toy manchester terrier? I surfed the net for his identity when we first had him last year and these are the closest that he resembles, in behaviour as well. Thanks, the collage photo is my first attempt using the Adobe Photoshop tutorials as guide. If you're interested to know how-to, I'll try to guide you, maybe through a brief tutorial at my new blog when I find the time, okay?
Moosey, hehe! that is his special pillow and he pulls around wherever he wants to rest, this he can drag only on even ground! Of course, we help to bring it out of his cage with him biting to hold it too, as if helping us instead!
