We visit the Chelsea Flower Show 2005 in 2 Days!!!
24 May '05 9:34 am The camera batteries are charging, The thermos flask has been cleaned, The waiting is just about at an end. In two days time the Moosey's UK team will be spending a day at the largest flower show in the world!!!
The Royals and Celebrities mingled with the media today. Early tomorrow morning the RHS judging panels will hand out the medals and the best in show will be announced. The media coverage in the UK has been pretty intense with 1-2 hours of Chelsea TV Shows per day.
The BBC and the RHS already have a lot more coverage on the show than last year. There are full plant and garden lists available on their websites :
Forum members only have a day and a half to get their requests in! If there is a garden, display or exhibit you'd like us to pay special attention post now or forever hold your peace

The weather on show
25 May '05 7:52 am After 40mph winds and intermittent rain today the weather settled for the first public day of the show. The medals have been announced and the UK media have all started twittering about trends.
The good news is that tomorrow's forcast is for dry cloudy weather clearing. Perfect flower show weather. I've been stuck with a camera in a thunderstorm at the Royal Hospital Gardens before and don't want to repeat the experience so please can it not rain in London tomorrow?
Actually, now that I think of it would it be cheeky to ask if it could rain in the morning, stopping about 7. Non-garden surfaces are to be dry by 8:15am please.
