14 Mar '05 9:34 am I wanted to upload an avatar from my computer to this website, but apparently its pixies are too big?
Could some web master please help?
I was going to attach my picture, but alas, jpg isn't allowed on this forum?

Your own avatar can be uploaded via the profile page, but they have to fit these requirements...
Avatar width can be no greater than 120 pixels, the height no greater than 120 pixels, and the file size no more than 20 KB.
Do you have image editing software on your computer, like Photo Editor or Paint? You should be able to chop / squash your image with that. If this is not possible, please let me know.
JPG images can be attached to the end of posts, using the 'Add an attachment' section at the very bottom of the page. Only images via links can be uploaded midway thru a post.
I hope this helps... do let me know if the problem persists.

Technology and I are not compatible. I'm still working my way around the digital camera I brought a few weeks back! I'll get there one day.... I think!
The picture I want to add is only 6KB in size, but its pixies I've no idea about. Surely they can't be beyond 120x120 for a tiny picture?
