E-mail problems

Help Eggy!, this morning I wanted to send mail to Moosey in regards to the possible digital camera upgrade she is considering. Wrote it out, clicked on Send and nothing happened... I do not know whether it went or is still sitting there.
Is there an onscreen acknowledgement when mail is successfuly sent?

what time was this and did you send thru forums or via mooseys mailbox?

Whoa Eggy! that was a quick response, thank you.
I was sending it to Moosey's Mailbox and tried sending it between 8-30--9-30am this morning(Tuesday NZ time).Sorry i can't be more specific.
When I clicked on the Send button there was no response. Confused

The mail was just some info I had gathered during my own search for a digital camera to replace my existing one.
I bought mine locally(Timaru) because this shop offered me a better deal than anywhere else, including the online stores.
I thought I would email Moosey rather than post it in the forum .
Any suggestions as to what might have gone wrong would be welcomed. I could try sending it through again maybe?

I can't see any mail posts. your request didn't reach the webserver - I can't see anything in several logs Sad

I've tested everyones mailboxes and they're OK. Can you resend please?

I give up Eggy...same thing has happened again. I rewrote the email, clicked on Send and nothing happened....so I am faced with accepting that giving advice is not my strong point obviously. Sad

It's not as if it was all that important really so I won't retry.

Will stick to the Forums if I have anything worth saying Smile
