25 Feb '08 5:22 am Here I am, still in my robe at the computer on Sunday morning and you've already put in "six and a half hours of sunny gardening" - what a summer legend indeed. How you find time for the chorus and the piano, exercise and keeping a regular journal is beyond me. Then there are all those who depend on your care besides the plants including: the barnyard animals, pets, and a NGP! Well, of course you are an entire day ahead of me so that probably explains something .. or maybe not. Congrats on a sterling day!

25 Feb '08 12:55 pm Hee hee hee - how confusing it can be that the earth turns! Today I'm not quite as good, though, so I have come inside to do battle with Albeniz. I know I have twenty-four continuous hours of rubbish burning to do, so part of me wants that wind to keep on blowing! It would not do for NGP's fire brigade to get called out to the Moosey garden and find the Head Gardener inappropriately setting the garden and paddocks on fire.
Cheers, and I loved your latest pix. So California gardeners actually get a season that they can call winter? Hmm...
