8 Jan '08 2:55 pm I especially like the border beside the house with the wavy edge. I like the layering of the plants in that border. It looks like you must have a very benign climater judging from the plants. Isn't that a Fan Tail (or is it Fish Tail?) palm I see? There are some used here but not a lot since they're only marginally hardy for us. I also like the look of the lawn. Your poodles must exercise more restaint than my dogs who are always peeing circles into the lawn. I also like the purple leaved plant - a canna or large bromeliad? Lovely border.
