full head of seeds most of the stem is dead so it looks like the seeds are on tip of stalk

i'm just giving this a stab. the first pic looks like it might be juncus, a reed type grass? we have something very similar at my nursery and the third pic might be a cast iron plant? just taking a chance. good luck!
