Gone to seed

A new addition to the 'neigh'bourhood15 Nov '06 9:25 pm
Early this morning our neighbour's horse gave birth to a foal and although I didn't get to see the birth we got there fairly shortly afterwards. At the time we were talking to our neighbour we didn't know yet if it was a boy or a girl as we were trying not to scare mum, so I'll need to get an update on whether they've named it Shiloh or Maddox.
Hubby took the photos, just as well as my camera work leaves a lot to be desired.

Lovely, Anna. Foals are so leggy, and so strong. I'm about to post an article about lambs and their mothers - you'd better look out for it in the cats and dogs section!
