Yep! a lovely shrub with flowers and buds in abundance waiting to burst their radiance!
Their flowers are in two tones - did they bloom originally in separate shades or gradually changed from pink to white?

hello jacqueline ,no 'the dark pink is the oldest flowers when they first come out they are pure white then as the day goes by they gradually change from that thru all stages of pink until they are the darkest

How beautiful to have two colours naturally growing like that. I have a rose called Masquerade which sometimes on the same bunch has a completely yellow and a completely cherry red flower. Not that it is in flower at the moment - autumn comes knocking at the gardening door!

Hi, this is my very first post in this forum, and I wanted to say that yours is a Hibiscus mutabilis. Is there somewhere I have to write and introduce myself?

Alevin, welcome to the Moosey forums, and thanks for the quick identification! It's pretty informal here - new members just turn up in a topic they like, then off they go!
Tell you what - post a hello article if you're not too shy about it - and maybe some pix of your garden - in the General Gardening Chat. Great to have you on board!
Cheers, and happy gardening
