Wow! I just found your fabulous site. As a novice gardener, I don't know if I should be inspired or intimidated! I retired in March 2001 and eagerly began enlarging the flower gardens on our one acre site. I thought I was obsessed until I visited your site. Okay, I have to ask. How in heaven's name do you find the time to do it all? I suspect that you don't require sleep! Please share any tips on time management with me. In the meantime, I plan to return for visits all winter, so I can day dream about having gardens like yours some day!

Dear Moosey, Just read your holiday 2001 entries and I see that you like myself love the typical "gardener's working holiday". You certainly got a lot done on your holidays! I'm really envious of your beautiful garden plants, as we are busy here putting our gardens to rest for the winter. I just finished planting some tulip and allium bulbs. Loved the photo of the lovely variegated Honesty plants. I haven't seen those plants or the seeds for them here, but will keep a lookout. Gotta go now. Happy gardening! Jo-Anne
