Building a snowman7 Mar '08 3:13 pm
We had a really unusual snow storm today, we usually don't get much snow, maybe an inch or two, once or twice a year. Well, we got about 6 inches today. School closed at noon and I had to pick up my son and one of his friends, whose parents were working and could not pick him up. It ended up getting so bad, he is stuck here til it warms up some tomorrow, school will be closed anyway, so no big deal. The boys did have fun tho building a snowman. It isn't something they have had much practice at, you may notice their gloves, socks , like I said before this kind of weather is not the norm. My son is the one in the Levi's and maroon shirt, his buddy John is in the camo thing.

Now that is snow...14 Mar '08 3:46 am
I don't know how much fun it would be if that lasted long. It is beautiful, but I would be stuck at home all the time, just do not have the experience or nerve to try and drive on roads with all that.

Thanks for the pictures. I have never seen a snowman made before. I can only imagine how cold that is.

I was freezing,19 Mar '08 6:18 pm
and I was only taking the pictures. The boys, both 16, had to really be cold, but of course, too tough to admit it.
