We have just purchased a coprosa repens shrub but we can little information about how to look after this plant, is it hardy? what sort of position does it like? feeding? etc

Well, dear friend, when I saw the name of this plant, I felt so funny and a ..little shocked, because its translation into Greek means "..that, which smells of animal (:horses', cows')..."toilet"! Does really this plant have any sign of some repulsive smell?

Technically, I discovered the following:
"Genus of evergreen shrubs and trees, grown for their foliage and fruits. Half hardy to frost tender, min. 2-5C (36-41 F).
Prefers full light and well drained soil. Water freely containerized specimens in summer, moderately at other times.
Propagate by seed in spring or by semi-ripe cuttings in late summer."

Well, as you see, nothing negative about smell...
