Your photography is fabulous...(I have had a peek at your site).
The way you capture the subject of interest makes me want to grab a camera and rush outside! However I know from experience the disappointment that invariably follows, so I go and do something else instead!
Keep posting, it is such fun looking |
Thanks P..they say good 'art' can only come with feeling!
taking pictures is easy ..getting the right type camera helps..but..you must have an 'eye' (whatever that is!!)

Dear ....."Wigandia"!!11 Dec '05 9:27 pm
It hasn't been a long time since I discovered your so artistic, humorous, colorful site, after Moosey's proposal(: Home, then Links, then Favorite Gardening Sites)...
I was at once captured by your photos, not only those magnificent of the flowers' ones, but of all of them! I loved your ideas of garden design! I loved the way your site starts! Oh, yes!! We can cherish gardens and flowers even without gardening ourselves (that's what all the members of my family do...).
Well! I also adored your Charlotte Rose! It reminds me a lot of Moosey's "English Elegance", in being equally thick and hugely gorgeous...
Please , go on sending us your colorful, artistic, and cheerful photos!! Thank you in advance!

Why thank you Lisa..i am flattered and enthused by your comments..too much about 'gardens' is crass commercialism (and just about everything else) I aim to keep my website relatively uncluttered with 'till' gardening!! Its about a celebration of the great art..so too this site..give me 1 Moosey site too 5 RHS..I will be off to USA?Canada via UK shortly to spread the good word (a lecture tour) I might just name the tour Gardens or Nothing!!!
Best Wishes
Billy

About your tour...12 Dec '05 8:00 am
.....You might call your tour, "Exceptional Art in the Gardens", or "Artistic Approach in the Gardens", or "Gardening and Modern Art"! Just an...artistic idea...
So!! I wish you then for your tour, lots of energy, lots of artistic creativity and imagination, warm and sincere human contacts, and positive human response to your work!
Good luck, Bill!

Have you started that tour yet Billy? How's it going? I'd be interested to hear which theme you decided on, and how it was received.
Is that the spring 2006 tour metioned on your site?

Good to hear it's going well. Will keep an eye on the site.
