I've just been wandering around your garden. I must say I'd sooner really do it!--- a cup of tea (Dilmah!) would be rather nice too. Love your new-look website. And by the way, I found it all by myself, while waiting for Manuel to e-mail home. Aren't I getting clever! Barbara will be pleased.I suppose I'd better get to "Starblimmingblazes" See you there!

Almost everyday,I visit your site. I'd really like to see your <most rescent> garden news. I have a small garden near Kobe where a big earthquake hit 6 years ago. It's very hot and no rain this summer here. We have several charming paths that take you a little pond my husband created at the north end of the garden. The pond is in the deep shadow of a willow tree. We have a dog called Hana -means a flower who has a strongest territorial imperative. She barks a lot. Your site always encourages me.I'm sometimes very tired of working on garden.

Greetings Moosey and family, Have just stumbled on your site- a woman after my own heart! No cats at the moment- both in the last eighteen months to that Great Garden in the Sky - Pusscat, ex NZ (she adopted us in Wellington on a work tour) aged 21 and Nermal (ditto adoption in Ireland) aged 14. Your garden sounds wonderful, I too hate "rooms", have a good contact for horsepoo, although my last consignment, prior to foot and mouth, was a share of a pile of cowditto won by my neighbour at the local flower show! As we are in between moggies, who knows maybe we'll get back to NZ and visit West Melton! Cheers Jill.

Dear Moosey, Thanks for creating such a wonderful website. I have enjoyed it for several months now. I first discovered you as a link from the Tasmanian Garden Journal, another site I really enjoy. I am truly awestruck when reading your garden diary (which I enjoy tremendously). My spouse and I are the proud owners just under 9 acres and it takes all our time to just keep it barely under control. How do you do it?

The very best photography, animals and gardens yet. What a pleasure. What kind of camera/film do you use? Can't wait to turn my dog's path into a DOG PATH. ( I could also make a fox, opposum, raccoon, cat, squirrel and bird paths). I too love making paths, wading in the creek and collecting garden rocks there. RA slows me down, but I can still be a machine when in my state of gardening ecstasy, even at age 51. I am never finished. Loving your aloof kittys, dear dog, and the "close up guy photographer". Wondering what he uses for his close ups. I am a lover of doing my own photography, especially black and white.

Hello, Mary: I'll send some photos of my garden soon (earlier spring ones), since this long dry spell has dried out a lot of the garden. Also this is our first year in this garden and things are still being changed around. I'm sure you know how that goes. I'm missing your garden diary entries and hope that you'll soon have time to resume them. At least I hope that you'll resume them. To finish up, of all the gardening sites that I have visited since I was here in July, yours still is A+ in my books. Stay happy, healthy, and keep up the great gardening. Jo-Anne |
