Dear friends, my daughter sent me a month ago the article that I will attach for you today.

Since then , I have completely stopped using sweeteners that contain Aspartame , either in my coffee, or in cold or warm deserts...

In Google ,you can make your own research.

Well, I think, that we can attach only photos in our gardening site, that's why you cannot see any article.

But do make your own research about this sweetener, and be very prudent when and if you use it...And, beware!Because all sort of those "lights" contain aspartame (: Coca Cola, Sprite, Pepsi, etc)!!
