I really think, that this site is about to exchange our gardening recipes, ideas, information,and advice. Not cooking recipes.

Unless, if anyone convinces me that I am wrong. In such a case, I could attach in a Word Document -but how- a very tasty feta cheese pie vegetarian Greek recipe.

As for me, I'm crazy about green curries and Thai salads!

Dear friend!

The last 10 years of my life I eat meat ,may be, once a month or so, or if I'm invited by friends.

But, yes, I do cook green curry, but in the way that a spoiled European does: I buy ready -made tasty green curry sauce, and I add it in cooked chiken or fish meat with vegetables, that is cooked by me. I adore the Thai rice with all this! But I prefer going to an excellent Thai restaurant here in Waterloo, where I learned about these ...hot, delicious Thai salads:vegetables with either chiken or fish ,with delicious fresh Thai basil and mint on the top!
