Last post links improved + Forum News / RSS Feeds up

A few more changes to the forums to note...

1. The last post links now link to the most recent post in that topic, not the first post like it used to. I found it annoying to click on the last post link and be taken to the first page of a 3 or a 4 page post Smile

2. I've added an RSS / News feed of the most recent forum posts as well as a dedicated garden journal news feed for regular journal readers.
