Forum Width and layout Changes

Quite a few forum changes today - sorry to spring them on you with no warning :

* The forum has been changed to take up the whole screen width
* most fixed font sizes have gone - allowing you to scale text to suit.
* H1 tags used in Topic View
* breadcrumb changes - added HOME > navigation to forum and topic views
* post textarea width increased
* New top graphic added
* ads moved down slightly and width increased

I've tested these changes in the major browsers and all seems well - please let me know if you notice any problems.
