Tree Daisy??!!
19 Dec '07 8:44 am Mark! I'm used to exotic flowering trees, but I am gobsmacked by your daisy tree. I don't know it at all. What is the scientific name? What size the flowers? Length of flowering season? 20 foot in a year? WOW
In addition your close-up of the flowers shows a plant of unequalled grace. I am covetous, but I doubt if it will survive my frosts...
Tell all!

19 Dec '07 12:38 pm is the pedigree name for the tree daisy. It is a cloud forrest plant so it comes from higher elevations of somewhat tropical latitudes. It hasn't shown any complaint to frost. I don't think the folliage is very showy but who can see it when its in bloom? I think cooler summers and moisture in the form of fog would be benificial. I've got to go walk the dogs before dark but when I get back I'll look it up.
