Recent Mary's/Moosey's Garden News.12 Jul '07 3:37 am
I am just returning --again!--from our front and main web page! From the Recent Garden News this time, and not the Jounals!! I have just enjoyed once again, our Moosey's uncomparable ability for narrating and describing in written speech!
The Articles are not separate any more, but you can find them all in here. I enjoyed especially ALL the Holidays, the no 4 in Scotland is my favorite -- with an adorable photo of our Moosey in it, and also the description of the wonderful Ontario Perennial Gardens , the "Hamilton's Royal Botanical Gardens"! In Holidays no 7, I discovered with huge tenderness and joy two lovely --- and well known!---gardeners sitting side by side in a lovely photograph! How I would love to be with them ( I was with them in a certain way, anyway...)!!...
You can enjoy yourself, if you haven't yet, all these lovely descriptions and excellent photographs, here :

Thank you for letting us know where to find Moosey's travels,Liza.Sometimes I don't realise where to find the latest news. Now the question is....do I go straight to the reference you gave,or finish reading the forum news?

Somewhere to respond to Moosey's posts.12 Jul '07 7:30 am
I've been reading journal entries from Mary for some time now and have often thought to write something in response as we do in the forums. Maybe we should have a forum for that .. or perhaps just a "see the responses" option after each journal entry with another option at the end of the responses to add a new response.
It seems your trip is over too soon, Mary. I guess I've been so occupied myself that more time has snuck by than I realized. |

I totally agree with Mark...I would love to comment on Moosey's journal or news,or ask a question, but there doesn't seem to be a space specifically for dialogue.
I have visited the latest news of Moosey's travels and it is wonderful.Through Mary's eyes ,places have a special zing(I couldn't think of another word for zing actually)

Dixie, you are way tooo kind! My journal seems to end up being a list of little 'oopses'. But anyway, I had such a grand time, and laughing at self is a part of living life, I reckon.
I'm not sure I'll live down mistaking the scottish road speed camera signs for indications of scenic beauty spots, though. Well, at least I stopped stopping to try and take a photograph!
Now I'm going to do some wet-mud gardening. I've been so slack, inside snug and warm for days. Here goes!
Lovely to read and hear from youse all! |

It appears to have been a smashing success! I have truly enjoyed reading the Journal entries about each phase of the journy. It was also very fun to see what Mary had to say about her visit to my small slice of the overall pie. We really enjoyed spending time with both Mary and Stephen and maybe someday we can do it again on the other side of the world. |

Mark... Another excellent suggestion - I'm working on the new version of Moosey's Country Garden right now that includes a comments feature at the bottom of each page for you to add your own comments and thoughts. Its looking pretty good but there is still lots to do. I'll need some volunteers to test it out in a month or two... |

Me too, dear Mary! I've enjoyed tremendously following your globe-trotting, seeing the world through your eyes with fabulous photos and captivating narration. I'm most fascinated with your humor in all your writings, never fail to give me a smile or chuckle whenever I 'check-in to visit'! Thanks so much for sharing and giving so much pleasure, dear friend! |

I look forward to seeing the new website and will be happy to test drive it. One thing you can be sure of is that if I don't run it off into a ditch any one can use it. |
