Carlsbad Flower Fields

If you love Ranunculus and you can visit sunny Carlsbad, CA in mid March - early April, be sure to visit the flower fields. You can stroll thru acres and acres of colorful blooms, laid out in like-color swatches across the hillside. And because it is also strawberry harvesting season down south, there are plenty of those about too. But the real treat are the awesome, vibrant Ranunculus. I have never seen so many at one time in one place. It is truly a beautiful sight. Be sure to bring a camera. Hope you can make it someday to these beautiful fields.
