Hi, Jack -
Hearing you speak about wild dagga and schoolboys trying to smoke it reminds me of why I don't grow the "dreaded"  opium poppies. I once had a bunch of teenagers rip up all of my poppies thinking that they could get opium from them by smoking them. Of course, that's not how it's done, but it ruined parts of my garden and nearly every other one on the street! But we all laughed about the ignorance of it all once we got over the shock!! Anyway, much as I like these flowers, I never grow them any more in case the same thing happens again! There are lots of other colourful flowers!
