I'm so happy that I had to tell someone! All winter, I've been looking for a hosta called, "White Feather", which I saw a picture of somewhere on this site, if I remember correctly. I put in a reply to the person who had posted the picture, along with many others of her hostas (from the Netherlands, I think), but got no reply. So I put out another appeal for info. on the plant through another gardening website that I post on. And, lo and behold, today a kind soul sent me a "heads-up" that she had seen it in the latest on-line catalogue of one of my usual suppliers here in Canada!
I've now ordered it! (Can you all imagine me doing my little Victory dance??)
So now you all know that it pays to ask for help!!
Many cheery thoughts!

31 Jan '07 10:33 pm Why, Jack, you had to see ME, when I learnt I was pregnant to Nicolas!! I was running up and down the house frantically, saying loudly " A Baby! A new Baby!!". Or , another time , in the presence of Nicolas himself -recently, when I learnt about something especially joyful, and started jumping up and down saying "Yesss!" ... Nicolas, started following me immediately, with his funny French accent, without really knowing what was the good news! So, we were jumping up and down together, crying "Yesss!", all around the living room and the kitchen!...Without any...bulbs in danger around...Just furniture...
