22 Dec '06 7:12 pm What a beautiful garden! To begin with, a lovely location, coupled with much hard work and planning has resulted in a place that I'm sure is hard to leave for more than a short shopping trip!

21 Jan '07 5:56 am I got such a surprise to see this story here this morning .I have been waiting for my daughter to send me a photo of the mosaic in place ,so I could post it .
However ,here are some more photos taken at different times.
The first is of the bay near their home .As you can see the hillside rises steeply .,and is dense native bush .
The sign says to watch out for little blue penguins -they come in at dusk and go across the road and scramble up through the bush to their nests.

I successfully transplanted some of these little ferns to my garden at home here.The bush is full of ground cover ferns .
